2. What cookies HSM Jobs uses
HSM Jobs uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. Our internal usage analytics are processed server-side and do not use cookies.

These cookies are set by Clerk, our authentication provider, which is bound by a Data Processing Agreement with us.
3. Why there is no consent banner
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive (implemented in the Netherlands as the Telecommunicatiewet), cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function do not require prior consent. Because we use only authentication cookies — and no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies — a full consent banner is not legally required.
We do show a brief informational notice on your first visit so you are aware cookies are in use. This is best practice, even when consent is not required.
4. How to control cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling the Clerk session cookies will prevent you from signing in to HSM Jobs.
5. Future changes
If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this page, add a full cookie consent mechanism, and notify users in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
